FoodShare
FoodShare, the Wisconsin name for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP, Food Stamps or Quest) can help families through rough patches by providing the money they need to buy food.
When we hit tough times, many of us have friends and family to help us through, and we’ve helped others in their times of need. For some, that support isn’t always there and everybody needs a helping hand sometimes.
FoodShare is a way for Wisconsin families to get some help through tough times they may be facing. We all pay taxes, and like unemployment benefits or social security, FoodShare is a benefit that helps to keep people afloat until they can get back on their feet for their own Wisconsin comeback.
